The general terms and conditions of the online store Tine Pufič s.p., don PUFA Fishing are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) of the Republic of Slovenia.

don PUFA Fishing, Tine Pufič s.p., strives to ensure that all information published on the website is up-to-date and accurate.
However, product characteristics, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the online store cannot update them in real time.
In such cases, don PUFA Fishing will inform the customer about the changes and allow them to cancel or modify their order.
don PUFA Fishing reserves the right to withdraw from a sales contract in cases of obvious errors (as defined in Article 46 of the Slovenian Obligations Code).
An obvious error includes significant inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices, or essential characteristics that would have affected the seller’s decision to enter into the contract.

In accordance with legal requirements, Tine Pufič s.p. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for handling consumer disputes that a customer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

In case of an obvious pricing error, we may correct the price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery & Tracking

RETURNS, DEFECTS & WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (email info@donpufafishing.com).
Return goods undamaged, in original quantity, with all original packaging/accessories. Return postage is paid by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned goods (using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise).
Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable.
Non-conformity / material defect
You may assert rights for non-conformity in line with consumer law (notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect; the seller is not liable for defects appearing after 2 years from delivery). Damage from misuse or normal wear is not a defect.
Warranty
Where applicable, warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms; present the product, warranty card (if issued) and the invoice.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel appears damaged at delivery, note it with the courier (damage report) and contact us immediately at info@donpufafishing.com. Keep the outer box, inner packaging and contents as received and send photos (outer box, inner packaging, damaged item, tracking label). Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
Unclaimed parcels return to us after the carrier’s holding period. Reshipping is possible by arrangement; we may charge the cost of re-delivery.
B2B (BUSINESS CUSTOMERS)
Business purchases follow the same ordering steps, selecting “invoice to company”. The 14-day consumer withdrawal without cause does not apply to businesses; warranty and defect rules apply. Refunds for B2B orders are generally not available unless agreed.

Fishing from rocky shores, cliffs or in strong conditions can be dangerous. The buyer agrees that:

The author is not liable for injuries, drowning, slips, wildlife, waves, weather, tides, lost gear or property damage
The buyer must verify local laws, weather, and sea conditions independently
Proper footwear, safety gear, and caution are mandatory
All content is private and strictly for the buyer only. It is prohibited to:
share, copy, forward, or publish coordinates, PDFs, or web access
post any data on forums, social media, or groups
transfer content to third parties without written permission
Violation results in revoked access with no refund and may lead to legal action for copyright breach.
It is forbidden to use the acquired locations for:
paid guided trips
commercial tours or fishing programs
business or profit activity
Unless written permission from don PUFA Fishing is granted.
As digital content is delivered immediately, all sales are final.
By purchasing, the buyer waives the right to withdrawal/refund after access is granted.
The author may edit, modify or remove parts of the content at any time due to safety, natural changes of terrain, or local regulations.
The buyer agrees that personal information (name and email) may be stored solely for:

Fish With Me by don PUFA Fishing is a sports coaching activity focused on hands-on shore jigging instruction.
It is not a tourist trip, excursion, guided tour or organized transportation.
By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Fish With Me provides sport-specific coaching, instruction, technical guidance and safety recommendations.
Participants join entirely at their own risk.
Terrain may include rocks, cliffs, waves, slippery areas and sudden weather changes.
The mentor is not liable for injuries, accidents, falls, slips or any material or non material damage.
Participants must be physically capable of moving across demanding natural terrain.
Participants are responsible for their own equipment.
The mentor is not responsible for lost, damaged or destroyed gear.
The mentor shares knowledge and experience but cannot guarantee any catch or specific result.
Activities may be postponed or stopped if the mentor determines that conditions are unsafe.
Once a date is confirmed and booked, no refunds are issued.
Rescheduling is possible only by mutual agreement.
Participants must follow the mentor’s instructions.
Failure to do so is solely their responsibility.
don PUFA Fishing does not sell access rights to land or fishing grounds.
Participants are fully responsible for legal access, permits and compliance with local regulations.
No insurance is provided by the mentor.
Participants are encouraged to have personal health or accident insurance.
Participants allow the use of photo and video material taken during the activity by don PUFA Fishing.
Anyone who does not agree must notify the mentor before the start.
By participating, the participant confirms full understanding of the activity, risks, and that they join voluntarily and at their own risk.
